Where is my Holistic Course?
Posted by Utilisateur supprimé on 12 septembre 2024 à 1h12Unfortunately I found support answered me very quickly when I was going to pay, but since paying I have not received the course at all. I paid 2 full days ago. Is there a problem?

Membre13 septembre 2024 à 14h22You can always go back to your email they sent when you paid and the next one thanking you for joining and it gives you a option to push to go to your profile set up.

Membre13 septembre 2024 à 19h07Hi Carolyn, Thanks for that… but let me explain: I tried paying for the course just by going straight to the link they gave me but the price was not what they were saying it was. I asked them about it and Support sent me this direct link to use to pay:

I used this and was able to pay immediately.
Then I was sent the receipt… all good.
I wrote back to thank them and asked where I would find the course.

That was on the 9th October. I have written to them a couple more times since then but I’ve had no further communication from them… and it’s definitely NOT in under my courses. I already have the Naturopa

Membre17 septembre 2024 à 4h20Just to let everyone know that I have now received my course and all is well. Thank you to both Support and to the members here who endeavoured to help me get this sorted. I don’t have any idea why I didn’t receive it but nevertheless, it’s under ‘My Courses’ now.
So all’s well that ends well. 🙂

Membre12 septembre 2024 à 6h44Try going to the “More” button. Once there i scrolled down and found “Courses”. I scrolled through those and the ones I had paid for had green check marks. Hopefully that works for you!

Membre12 septembre 2024 à 13h19Go to courses, and you will see it’ll say enrolled. You click on and open it up. I have done multiple courses with this program and never had a problem. You just have to get used to where everything is and then it’s easy from there.

Membre12 septembre 2024 à 17h55For me Donna, it says I’m not enrolled and have no access to the course. This is although I have the receipt of the amount paid in full back on Sept 9th. I’ve written to Support a few times now and all I get is the automatic reply telling me they’ll get back within 24 hours.
I’m sure they’re a very good company, at least I do hope so, but don’t know what’s going on.-

Membre14 septembre 2024 à 2h04For this, I recommend you open courses and see if there is a class that opens. Click each one. You may have signed up for a different course without realizing it.

Membre14 septembre 2024 à 2h02It’s definitely available right away. If you’re using the app, you have to tap Courses, then choose the one you signed up for and you’re ready to start!
